How it works

Our tenancy process is straightforward with no hidden costs. Here is a quick overview of how it works:

Step 1

Select a property you would like to view and speak to any of our property specialists on 03333 001 888 or you can book online to arrange a viewing at a time that’s convenient for you.

Step 2

When you’ve decided to apply to rent a property through us, we will provide you with a Tenancy Application Form. You can start the process even while you’re viewing the property if you want to. If you decide that you want to go ahead there and then, and you don’t want to lose out to another tenant then we can get the process started.

Step 3

Upon successful completion of the application form we will request references and carry out a credit check. If a guarantor is required, they would also undergo credit referencing to ensure they have the financial means to meet any rental arrears if such a situation were to occur.

Step 4

Take advantage of our ‘Canopy’ scheme. This is where you simply pay one-weeks rent as a non-refundable fee and provided there are no issues at the end of your tenancy that’s all you need to pay.

Step 5

You will be given the keys to your new property once all the paperwork is complete and you and the landlord have agreed and signed the tenancy agreement.

Step 6

Once your tenancy has begun, we will be on hand to answer any queries and ensure any maintenance issues are handled quickly.
