Established in 2015 by property expert and developer James Forrester, we are a full-service estate agency dedicated to supporting homeowners, landlords and property investors with their portfolio. We provide buying, selling and management expertise across the West Midlands, from south of Birmingham in Edgbaston to the north as far as Lichfield and Fradley. By maintaining local offices managed by staff who know the areas personally, we can provide real information to prospective purchasers and tenants, making us the ideal advocates for your property.

Managing Director James Forrester has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years across the UK and Europe. Alongside Barrows & Forrester estate agency, he is also the founder of Stripe Property Group developing specialist purpose-built accommodation and luxury residential properties in Newcastle, Lichfield and Birmingham. James regularly features in national media, as well as running Birmingham Property News and Lichfield Property News – an online media outlet.
