With a porch extension and entrance foyer forming the central hub of the property, with the living room and kitchen diner leading off it. It also houses a staircase leading to the first floor, a downstairs WC with contemporary suite and fittings, and benefits from under-stair storage.
The well-appointed family lounge lets in plenty of natural lights thanks to the beautiful bay window at the front of the house, making it the perfect room in which to sit and relax, whilst an open plan kitchen diner, with modern style units, worktops and fittings, has ample space for a large dining table and provides the ideal place for entertaining and spending family time. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto the garden, and let in yet more natural light, making this a great space to work, rest and play.
A spiral staircase from the downstairs foyer leads to the first floor landing, which has four double bedrooms, the master of which has en suite facilities with a walk-in shower unit, as well as fitted wardrobe units occupying one wall. There is also a family bathroom featuring a bath and over-bath shower.
The third and fourth bedroom are currently being utilised as an additional family room and a home office respectively, highlighting that the space can be adapted perfectly for the modern family to accommodate home or hybrid working.
The loft is also partly boarded to create additional storage space
The front of the property has a low maintenance foreground and there is a multi-car driveway to the side of the house leading to a detached single garage with an up and over door, as well as gated access to the rear garden.
The impressive rear garden is also low maintenance, consisting of astroturf grass and a beautiful, slabbed patio area, with pergola. Surrounded by brick walls, the area is very private and would make a great space for entertaining, as well as being perfect for today’s busy lifestyles.
