Transport
You'll be spoilt for choice with transport options in Birmingham City Centre. By road, the M6, M5 and M40 motorways provide easy access to London, Manchester, Liverpool and the South West, making the city the perfect central base. Plus the city also has a host of excellent rail links via New Street, Moor Street, Snow Hill stations, and commuters will also be pleased to know that HS2 is set to make reaching the capital easier than ever. And don't forget about the handy Metro system, which also has extension plans, and Digbeth coach station too!

Love food and dining out? Then Birmingham City Centre really is the location for you! In this buzzing, vibrant community you have plenty of fantastic options quite literally on your doorstep. From Colmore Row (the business district with up-market bars and restaurants such as The Alchemist), to The Mailbox (home to several luxury chains such as Aluna with its mesmerizing cocktails) and China Town (the best place to get authentic Chinese food in the whole city), there really is something for everyone. The city centre is also home to five Michelin Star restaurants (including Adam's with its carefully selected tasting menus), has a thriving independent food scene (Marmalade on Broad Street is one of our favourites for lunch) and is also a haven for shoppers. Well when you have The Bullring and the New Street station Grand Central shops on your doorstep, it would be rude not to browse every now and then!

Things to do
There are plenty of options to keep you entertained in Birmingham City Centre - and getting bored is pretty impossible! Brindley Place in the business district not only has plenty of bars and restaurants, but is also home to the Sea Life Centre and the National Indoor Arena. If you love seeing big name acts live, this is certainly the place to go! Plus you'll also find The Electric Cinema (the UK's oldest working cinema), Hippodrome, ICC, Town Hall and Repertory Theatre in the city too - when it comes to culture, Birmingham really does have it all!

Public spaces
One of the main benefits of living in Birmingham City Centre is that it is really pedestrianised, which means getting out and enjoying all of its public spaces is a total breeze. And there is certainly plenty to see - from Cathedral Square, to Colmore Row, Victoria Square and the Education Quarter, you'll be able to take in the architecture and history of the city at your own pace. Plus don't forget about the picturesque canals throughout the City Centre too - we think they make the perfect place to take a stroll after a hard day at work!
