Posted on Wednesday, August 4, 2021

We'll sell your home in four weeks otherwise it's free

Barrrows & Forrester Estate & Letting Agent have launched a summer four week sales challenge to people across Birmingham, Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

James Forrester, managing director for Barrows & Forrester, said: "The Stamp Duty Holiday may be phasing out but we’re still expecting a busy end to the summer and we pride ourselves in getting properties valued, marketed and sold in a timely manner.

"I’m that confident that we can get your home sold within four weeks with our bespoke service and expert marketing that if it’s still not sold after week four I’ll waive our fee and sell your home for free.

"This offer is available to anyone who signs up with us by 30 September 2021 but if you’re not quite ready to sell your home I may honour the offer if you can pick up the phone and give me a call to discuss your property and circumstances in more detail.

"Whatever you choose to do, I’m very much looking forward to talking to you."

You can call us on 0121 296 2600 or 01543 226322, email us at or contact us here.
